The establishment history of Astaka Mutiara Sdn Bhd (AMSB) started off in 1997. The main objective of the AMSB was to provide services on public affairs. These include the application of licenses and expediting approvals from authorities or agencies at local, state or federal level.
Our services include preparation of project proposal, application of work permit for foreign professional, application of certificate of fitness (CF) for factory building, preparation of appeal letter, documents translation, preparation of submission and follow up expediting of all applications. We also provide services as Project Management Consultant (PMC) for Shell Companies in Malaysia.
Our management team consists of professional engineer, lawyer, experienced marketing manager, ex-politician, computer specialist, experienced site engineer, ex-government officer and retired head master.
